Why People Who Wait Till After The Holidays To Start Their Weight Loss Plans Have It All Backwards

“I’ll wait till after the holidays to lose weight.”

“There’s no point in starting now, I’m just going to put it all on again over Christmas…with all the parties and goodies around.”

“I’ll make it my New Years resolution.”

If it does…I hate to tell you this…but your doing things the hard way.

But I don’t blame you. It is a time to be merry. Parties, get togethers, dinners…food…food…food..it’s everywhere…and not always the healthiest of foods either.

After New Years, many adults pledge to lose it all and get themselves back in shape for that tropical vacation.
